This role will be to support the 90POE development team in their Kiev location. The role has both administrative and people management aspects. A key element is to display and reinforce the company values and behaviours.
Reporting to the COO the role will involve:
- Managing Annual Leave – Sick – Office Admin
- Procurement – equipment requirements
- Working closely with the recruitment team
- Arrange travel for both London and Kiev team between the two locations
- Managing team and conflict resolution
- Working alongside People Partners – performance management etc
- Resource allocation
- Office management – seating plan etc
- Cooperation with all Ciklum departments
- Cross-cultural differences
- Managing overall costs
- Ensuring the Kiev team feel a part of the organisation/journey eg organise
- Facilitating regular ‘Lunch and Learns’ and various Product Demos
